JOB DESCRIPTION: • Generate and process accurate and timely invoices for combined service and equipment fees. • Work independently to review billing data, identifying any discrepancies and ensuring accuracy. • Collaborate with relevant teams to gather necessary information for billing purposes. • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive billing information. • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and manipulate billing data. • Prioritize tasks and issues based on their level of importance to meet billing deadlines. • Assist with the transition of retail inventory data from operational contracts to D365. • Provide support and expertise in billing-related matters.
