Ascend Commerce is building the best TikTok Shop agency in the US, specializing in scaling brands on TikTok Shop through creator-driven strategies. The TikTok Shop/Influencer Marketing Strategist will manage client relationships, lead operational teams, and ensure successful execution of deliverables to drive client satisfaction and growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 5-10 brands
- Lead weekly/bi-weekly client calls and deliver proactive updates
- Translate performance data into clear actions and next steps
- Ensure clients always feel supported, heard, and confident
- Manage shop operators, community managers, etc. to hit all deliverables on time
- Keep tasks, deadlines, and output organized and predictable
- Identify red flags early and unblock the team quickly
- Maintain airtight communication internally and externally
- Ensure creators are onboarded fast for collaborations/campaigns
- Monitor deadlines and content posting
- Keep deliverables on schedule
- Analyze data and make strategic adjustments to drive performance
- Follow our delivery systems while actively improving them
- Propose and implement process enhancements that scale
- Build efficiency and reliability into every account
Skills
- Direct TikTok Shop experience
- 1+ year in an Account/Client Management or Project Management role at an agency
- UGC/influencer marketing experience
- Proven success managing multiple accounts and internal teams
- Demonstrated strength in communication, organization, and accountability
- Performance-driven mindset with ownership of outcomes, not just outputs
