We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Transcriptionist to convert audio and video recordings into accurate written documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribe audio and video files into clear written documents.
• Review and edit transcripts for grammar, formatting, and clarity.
• Ensure transcripts meet required style guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Manage multiple transcription assignments and meet deadlines.
• Identify unclear audio segments and request clarification when necessary.
• Use transcription software and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Proofread and revise completed transcripts before submission.

Qualifications:

• Previous transcription experience preferred (medical, legal, or general).
• Excellent listening, typing, and grammar skills.
• Able to type at least 60 WPM with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with transcription software (e.g., Express Scribe, Otter, Descript).
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
