Position Overview
We are currently seeking organized, proactive individuals to join our growing remote team as Remote Travel Assistant. In this role, you will help support travelers as they plan vacations, compare travel options, and coordinate the details needed to create smooth and enjoyable travel experiences.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting others, staying organized, and working in a flexible online environment. You'll gain valuable experience supporting a variety of travel arrangements, including resort stays, cruises, family vacations, group travel, and international trips. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you build confidence and succeed.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with gathering information and exploring vacation possibilities
Help coordinate travel components such as accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and activities
Research destinations and travel options based on traveler preferences
Prepare and organize itinerary information and travel documentation
Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates throughout the planning process
Work with supplier partners to process reservations, confirmations, and itinerary adjustments
Maintain accurate client records and booking information
Monitor travel updates, promotional offers, and destination news
Provide professional support throughout the client journey
Help ensure travelers have a positive planning experience from inquiry to confirmation
Qualifications
Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or customer-focused services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Basic knowledge of computers, email, and online platforms
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
