Responsibilities
- Servicing an existing client base
- Creating and posting job ads in specialized media
- Receiving applications, interviewing and assessing candidates, and creating shortlists
- Presenting candidate submissions and shortlists to our Account Managers
- Maintaining and growing a candidate lead database
Skills
- Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar recruiting role, preferably in the healthcare or staffing industry
- Knowledge of healthcare roles, specialties, certifications, and licensing requirements is highly desirable
- Knowledge and management of selection, interview, assessment, and submission process
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to attract and engage passive candidates
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in recruitment practices
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
