This role involves creating intuitive, user-centric experiences across iOS and Android platforms while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

Skills
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Strong experience designing mobile-first applications across both iOS and Android
- Proven ability to create intuitive, user-centred workflows and user experiences
- Experience working within React-based design and developer handoff workflows
- Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and established design systems
- Knowledge of Claude or comparable AI tools, with an understanding of how AI can enhance user experiences
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working alongside Product Managers and Engineering teams
- Previous experience within the irrigation, water utilities, or wider utilities sector (water, gas, or electricity)
- Experience designing SaaS or enterprise software applications
- Familiarity with AI-enabled product features and conversational user experiences
- Experience contributing to or maintaining scalable design systems
