Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ICONMA is seeking a UX Designer IV for their client, a leading Internet Content & Information company. The role involves being the sole designer for various product surfaces, ensuring a high-quality user experience while collaborating with engineers to design and maintain internal tools.
Responsibilities
- Senior Product Designer to join a small, fast-moving team of AI builders shipping production-grade internal tools for our content organization
- Sole designer across multiple product surfaces — dashboards, workflow automation tools, CRM systems, and AI-powered reporting — ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience as we build from the ground up
- Own end-to-end design (research → interaction → visual → shipped UI) across 4-6 internal product surfaces
- Establish and maintain a lightweight design system ensuring consistency across all team surfaces
- Design interaction patterns for AI-native workflows: agent supervision, automated triage, intelligent recommendations, and real-time reporting
- Collaborate directly with senior engineers in a pod-based model — fast iteration, no heavy process
- Simplify complex, multi-source data views into single-screen experiences that eliminate context-switching
- We are a new durable team of 7 senior AI builders shipping production-grade agentic systems for RL Content. We are in an accelerated build-out phase shipping multiple internal tools simultaneously (dashboards, CRM, automation, reporting). All builders are engineers — we have zero design capacity today. A dedicated designer will ensure our tools are usable, consistent, and adopted across the org
- Design end-to-end UX for internal AI-powered dashboard (primary surface for 100+ users). Design interaction patterns for AI agent supervision and automated workflow tools. Create and maintain a shared component/design system. Rapid prototyping and iteration on new tool concepts. User research and usability testing with internal stakeholders
