Goldmark Property Management is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer for Ventura, a Minnesota non-deposit trust company specializing in fiduciary services for Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). The COO will be responsible for setting annual objectives, nurturing a collaborative culture, and overseeing various operational aspects including client support, compliance, and financial analysis.
Responsibilities
• Setting and achieving annual objectives
• Nurturing a collaborative and team-oriented culture
• Tracking key performance metrics
• Overseeing the Client Support Group, Controller, and Compliance Officer
• Management of customer service, compliance, human resources, cybersecurity, vendor partnerships, financial analysis, insurance, and reporting
• Marketing and legal management will also report to the COO after a transition period

• At least five years of proven operations experience
