Responsibilities
- Lead corporate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation
- Oversee daily global financial operations, cash flow management, and corporate treasury
- Ensure rigorous financial reporting and adherence to relevant regulatory frameworks
- Establish and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial and operational risks
- Present financial performance and strategic outlooks to executive leadership and investors
Skills
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with 3+ years in an executive leadership role (VP or Director)
- Proven track record in high-growth Technology, FinTech, or SaaS sectors
- Deep knowledge of international corporate finance, treasury management, and strategic planning
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- CPA or MBA is highly preferred
