The Vice President of Marketing will lead the strategy and execution required to establish AssureCare as a recognized category leader in AI-enabled population health and healthcare operations.
Responsibilities
- Define a bold, differentiated market position
- Build a modern, credible healthcare technology brand
- Establish AssureCare as a thought leader in healthcare AI, population health, and value-based care
- Lead product marketing, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Translate complex workflows, analytics, and AI capabilities into clear business value
- Create consistent messaging across sales, product, customer success, and executive communications
- Build relationships with Gartner, KLAS, Forrester, IDC, and key industry influencers
- Increase AssureCare’s visibility and standing in analyst reports and market conversations
- Lead executive briefing and market influence programs
- Own pipeline-focused marketing strategy and execution
- Oversee digital, content, webinars, events, ABM, campaigns, and marketing automation
- Partner closely with Sales to improve conversion, velocity, and revenue contribution
- Elevate the visibility of the company and its executives
- Drive speaking, PR, media, webinar, and content opportunities
- Serve as a polished external spokesperson when appropriate
- Build and lead a high-performing, metrics-driven marketing organization
- Create scalable processes, KPIs, dashboards, and accountability
- Manage agencies, PR, analysts, and external partners
Skills
- 15+ years of marketing leadership experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
- Proven success scaling marketing in high-growth PE- or VC-backed companies
- Experience in IPO, unicorn, or $1B+ exit environments strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of healthcare SaaS, population health, value-based care, and complex enterprise buying cycles
- Strength across brand strategy, product marketing, demand generation, analyst relations, and executive communications
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presence
- Strong operating discipline and a data-driven approach to growth
- Experience marketing to health plans, providers, pharmacies, government healthcare organizations, or other risk-bearing entities
- Existing relationships with Gartner, KLAS, and major healthcare media or influencers
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Midwest proximity is a plus
