This strategic role focuses on brand messaging, corporate communications, and market engagement initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s global marketing communications strategy aligned with corporate objectives and growth targets
- Establish communication frameworks that support brand positioning, customer engagement, and business development initiatives
- Ensure alignment between marketing communications, corporate strategy, and commercial objectives
- Identify emerging market trends and communication opportunities to enhance brand visibility and market influence
- Lead the development and execution of brand communication strategies across all channels and markets
- Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and storytelling throughout the organization
- Develop value propositions, key messaging frameworks, and communication guidelines
- Strengthen brand awareness, credibility, and differentiation within target markets
- Oversee corporate public relations strategies, media engagement, and reputation management initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with media organizations, industry analysts, influencers, and key stakeholders
- Lead crisis communication planning and response activities when necessary
- Manage press releases, media briefings, executive interviews, and corporate announcements
- Oversee the development and distribution of marketing content across digital, social, and traditional channels
- Manage content strategies including thought leadership, white papers, case studies, videos, webinars, blogs, and social media campaigns
- Ensure content supports lead generation, customer engagement, and brand-building objectives
- Drive digital communication effectiveness through SEO, marketing automation, and performance optimization
- Lead integrated marketing communication campaigns supporting product launches, market expansion, and corporate initiatives
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure consistent go-to-market messaging
- Support demand generation and customer acquisition efforts through targeted communication programs
- Enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty through multi-channel communication strategies
- Establish and monitor key marketing communication metrics, including brand awareness, media coverage, share of voice, engagement rates, lead generation impact, website traffic, and campaign ROI
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize communication effectiveness
- Develop executive reporting dashboards and communication performance reviews
- Continuously improve communication strategies based on market feedback and analytics
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product management, customer success, investor relations, and executive leadership teams
- Ensure alignment of communication initiatives with organizational goals and business priorities
- Serve as a strategic advisor on communication matters to senior leadership
- Facilitate effective communication across internal and external stakeholder groups
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing communications organization
- Develop communication talent, leadership capabilities, and succession plans
- Establish communication best practices, governance standards, and operational processes

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields
- Typically 18+ years of experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, public relations, brand management, or related fields, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of leading successful global communication and brand-building initiatives
- Strong experience in media relations, integrated marketing campaigns, content strategy, and reputation management
- MBA, Master's degree in Communications, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred
- Experience in multinational corporations, healthcare organizations, technology companies, consumer brands, or high-growth enterprises preferred
