Responsibilities
- Build and scale the North American commercial function
- Develop and execute the U.S. go-to-market strategy
- Hire, lead, and mentor a high performing sales organisation
- Create scalable sales processes, forecasting, and operational structure
- Drive strategic relationships across carriers, brokers, MGAs, and enterprise clients
- Partner closely with leadership on growth strategy and market expansion
- Help shape the business through its next funding stage and beyond
Skills
- Proven success scaling high growth SaaS, Insurtech, or commercial insurance technology businesses
- Experience building teams and revenue functions in North America
- Strong understanding of the commercial insurance landscape
