This high-impact executive leadership role involves leading the commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performing sales organization in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities

- Influence executive decision making
- Establish Billing Paradise as the preferred RCM partner for healthcare providers across the United States
- Build and scale a disciplined outbound sales motion targeting physician groups, hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, specialty practices, and healthcare organizations across the U.S
Skills
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
- 5+ years leading high-performing sales organizations
- Proven success selling U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Medical Billing, Healthcare BPO, Healthcare IT, or related healthcare services
- Demonstrated ability to close complex enterprise agreements and consistently exceed revenue targets
- Experience building scalable sales organizations, processes, and go-to-market strategies
- Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare reimbursement, provider operations, and revenue cycle workflows
- Experience positioning offshore or global delivery services as a strategic business advantage, not simply a cost-saving solution
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms and modern sales technology
