Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain two QuickBook accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Review transactions and place them in their proper fields, utilizing your knowledge of accounting rules and principles Prepare and submit End of Month (EOM) statements and End of Year (EOY) financials to the Executive Director and Accountant, providing timely and accurate financial information Suggest methodologies to simplify our receivables through automation, utilizing QuickBooks and other accounting software Assist the team in learning how to invoice through QuickBooks, providing training and support as needed Share Best Practices to help with smart growth, contributing to the development of our accounting processes and procedures Run billing, client, and other reports on a routine basis, providing insights and analysis to inform business decisions Requirements: Highly organized with strong communication and analytical skills Team player, personable, and reliable, with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach Ability to work with confidential data, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times In-depth understanding of accounting rules and principles, with advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with familiarity with Payment Processing and QuickBooks SaaS solution (preferred) Authorized to work in the US, with a demonstrable work ethic and attention to detail What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work remotely, with flexible working hours and a healthy work-life balance Collaborative and dynamic team environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance, with a focus on employee satisfaction and well-being We Want to Hear From You!
