Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Civic Nation is an impact hub focused on strengthening civic culture and participation. They are seeking a Voter Contact Analyst to support voter contact programs, manage platforms, and assist with reporting processes. This role is essential for educating voters on registration and voting procedures.
Responsibilities
- Support the Party At The Polls team in the management of a peer-to-peer texting platform to execute nimble outreach to When We All Vote’s audience
- Collaborate with the Communications team to ensure peer-to-peer text messaging is effectively constructed to resonate with target audiences
- Maintain datasets related to other forms for voter contact, including but not limited to mail and phone, in addition to supporting forms of non voter-file based voter advertising as needed
- Manage Party At The Polls partner-facing platforms, including but not limited to event signup platforms and application processes
- Assist in internal and external reporting for Party At The Polls to demonstrate program impact over time
- Other reasonable and related duties as assigned
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a nonprofit or political environment supporting data management, digital campaigns, or CRM operations
- Demonstrated experience with peer-to-peer texting platforms like Scale To Win, event sign-up platforms like Mobilize, and CRMs such as HubSpot
- Proficiency with forms tools such as Google Forms or Typeform, and Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a genuinely data-driven mindset — comfortable digging into a problem and surfacing what actually matters
- Experience supporting peer-to-peer texting platforms from end to end including script writing with consideration for best practices
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Ability to communicate effectively across audiences, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical teammates and partners
- Curious and growth-oriented — eager to learn new skills and platforms, receptive to feedback, and energized by working as part of a larger, collaborative team
- Ability to connect with and support a diverse group of individuals at all levels and across all parts of the organizational structure
- Strong teamwork, critical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving skills; comfortable navigating competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite
