[Remote/WFM] Bookkeeper - Business Management

Role Snapshot: Position: Bookkeeper - Business Management- Unique Opportunity Company: Workwarp Location: Remote Start Date: Immediate openings available Compensation: a competitive salary   We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with a background working at CPA firms specializing in servicing clients in the entertainment industry (actors, directors, producers, musicians, high net-worth individuals, etc.). This is a 100% remote position. Duties: - Day-to-day activity, including client interaction with deadlines and required follow-through - Bookkeeping for high net-worth individuals, family office and/or entertainment industry clients and their entities (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Deposits, Journal Entries, General Ledger, Enter/Review Payroll, Financial Statement prep/review) - Experience at a fast-paced CPA firm working on multiple sets of books with varying kinds of entities like S corps and LLCs required - Position could eventually grow into Account Manager Experience: - 2+ years in accounting and bookkeeping for high net-worth individuals and their entities and/or entertainment clients - Strong communication skills (via phone and email) - Sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to follow through - Commitment to professionalism and accuracy - Experience with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, BILL.com, Datafaction or AgilLink This is a unique opportunity to work for a small, independent firm that is 100% remote. Must be a self-starter who will be able to manage the distractions of working from a home environment and still get 20-40 hours of billable work completed each week.
