Recruit elite talent across all functions of the business Create and place job postings and other media to attract candidates Write Technical And Non-technical Job Descriptions Compose job offer letters Onboard new hires and coordinate their entry into their departments What youll need. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience 4 years of experience in a recruitment role A warmth for people and genuine care in making the recruiting and onboarding experience the first of many great moments in an employees journey Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques A solid work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a high-output team. What will stand out? A robust, active network within the tech industry generally would be great - within the web3 and data services industry. 4 years of experience in a similar role at an early-stage startup company. Bachelor's or master's degree in business management/administration, industrial/organizational psychology, or another relevant field.
