[Remote/WFM] Staff Accountant - Full Service Bookkeeper

The compensation for this role is a competitive salary, reflecting our commitment to attracting the best.   Description: • Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant • Strong background in bookkeeping practices, including accounts receivable and payable • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and overseeing daily financial operations • Manage AP and AR processes • Record day-to-day financial transactions • Manage payroll and tax process • Prepare monthly financial reports in QuickBooks • Work with the Controller on tax filings and accurate financial reports Requirements: • 5+ years of bookkeeping experience required • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred • Quickbooks training and/or certification required • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment • Ability to get things done with resources you don’t control • Willingness to admit you don’t know and ask for help • Exhibit constant curiosity and a drive to problem solve • Exhibit desire to learn and grow on a continuous basis with feedback Benefits: Apply Job!  Ready to Apply?
