- Monitor renewal application statuses and follow up with agencies as needed
- Resolve renewal issues, deficiencies, or rejections to prevent license lapses
- Maintain accurate records, and documentation within internal systems
- Notify clients of upcoming deadlines, completed renewals, and approvals
- Assist with reinstatements or late filings when required
