DescriptionRobert Half is seeking a talented Legal Report Writer / Legal Scribe for a part-time role. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tools and develop professional, structured documentation critical to internal AI-related processes.Start Date: June 9th, 2025Location: Fully RemoteHours: Approximately 20 hours per week (Must be available to work between Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (schedule to be determined in advance).Pay: $25/hourKey Responsibilities:Draft clear, professional, and highly detailed reports derived from software-generated data inputs.Utilize AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Notion AI to assist in document creation and refinement.Collaborate with internal teams and ensure all reporting aligns with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.Maintain exceptional attention to detail and ensure reports meet the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and professionalism. RequirementsA Juris Doctor (JD) degree or a strong background in Linguistics and/or Technical Writing is highly preferred.Exceptional writing, proofreading, editing, and grammatical skills.Prior experience working with tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Notion AI is a significant plus.Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance is advantageous but not required.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent productivity.
