Reputation Management Specialist (Google / Yelp / Reddit / Trustpilot)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reputation Management Specialist to monitor, manage, and improve our brand’s online reputation across major platforms including Google, Yelp, Reddit, and Trustpilot. The ideal candidate will have proven experience handling online rws, engaging with communities, and implementing strategies that strengthen brand credibility and customer trust. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and track brand mentions, and discussions across Google My Business, Yelp, Trustpilot, and Reddit. Respond to customer fee dback (both p o sitive and n e gative) in a professional, empathetic, and brand-consistent tone. Develop and execute strategies to increase positive reviews and address n eg ative sentiment. Manage community engagement on Reddit and other forums to build brand trust. Collaborate with customer service and marketing teams to resolve customer issues effectively. Generate reports on reputation trends, and engagement performance. Requirements: Proven experience in online reputation management, digital marketing, or customer engagement. Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully. Familiarity with platforms such as Google My Business, Yelp, Reddit, and Trustpilot. Understanding of SEO impact related to online brand mentions. Ability to analyze sentiment, spot reputation risks, and provide actionable insights. Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple platforms simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using reputation monitoring tools (e.g., BirdEye, RvwTrackers, Brandwatch, Mention). Background in customer service, PR, or digital community management.
