Specialty Topic Editor Breast Surgical Oncology
Your Opportunity
As a Topic Editor for DynaMed, you will oversee assigned content within your specialty, providing guidance on the improvement of existing content and the development of new content. You will accomplish this by reviewing content created by an in-house editorial team, assessing clinical relevance, accuracy, quality, and currency.
This is a part-time contract position. Editorial work can be performed remotely and requires less than 10% time commitment, with flexibility to allow for competing priorities.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate existing content for accuracy, currency, and clinical relevance.
- Provide clinical guidance on new content development, including the scope and organization of topics.
- Contribute to the development of diagnostic and management algorithms (where applicable).
- Outline the clinical landscape of assigned topics, including key branch points in clinical decision making, new developments in diagnosis and management, and any related controversies in the field.
- Contribute to incorporation of media (images, videos) into content.

About You
- MD, DO or equivalent
- Specialty board certification in Surgical Oncology, with fellowship training in Breast Surgical Oncology
- Experience with MS Office including Word with use of Review functionality (track changes) and Excel
- Strong expertise in your specialty area, as demonstrated by clinical leadership roles, teaching, research, or a publication track record
- Passion for evidence-based medicine
- Well-developed critical thinking and collaboration skills
