The Rescue Ready Service Agent will be responsible for ensuring the readiness of AED equipment by conducting inspections, replacing batteries and pads, and assisting with installations and data retrieval.
Responsibilities
- Physical Annual Inspection of every assigned AED in the defined territory
- Occasional assistance with placement and installation of AEDs at customer locations
- Replacement of Pads & Batteries as needed
- Post Event support and data retrieval from AEDs
- Reporting issues through the Rescue Ready Services Ticketing System
- Assist as needed with special projects in the field
Skills
- Must be able to operate computer equipment and a smart phone with the Check AED mobile application
- Must pass a full background check and drug screening prior to hire
- A state issued driver's license is required
- A smart phone or tablet is required to use the mobile application and will not be provided
- Fire/Police/Military/EMS background strongly preferred
- Veteran Status is a plus
- Certified in CPR/AED/FA is also preferred
