Research & Outreach Assistant to Find Airbnb-Friendly Rental Properties

I am starting an Airbnb rental business and need a virtual assistant experienced in short-term rentals (STR), property research, and landlord outreach. Your main role will be to help me identify and secure properties that allow Airbnb or short-term rentals in Minneapolis, MN Tasks include: • Research available rental properties (apartments, condos, single-family homes) in my target area. • Verify which properties allow short-term rentals (via listings, property manager websites, and direct outreach). • Contact landlords/property managers to confirm Airbnb allowance. • Record property details in a spreadsheet (rent price, location, amenities, lease terms, contact details, Airbnb policy). • Compare potential Airbnb income (using tools like AirDNA or similar) vs. monthly rent to identify profitable options. • Provide regular updates and recommendations. Requirements: • Experience in Airbnb, STR property sourcing, or property management. • Strong communication skills (email and phone). • Ability to work independently and provide accurate, detailed research. • Bonus: Familiarity with Minneapolis rental market or US rental laws.
