If you answered yes, come join us!   Ministry Overview LeaderImpact helps leaders thrive professionally, personally and spiritually for lasting impact by working with marketplace leaders to ignite a movement of evangelism and discipleship.   Position Overview Provides administrative and coordination support to the Resource Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate financial processing and effective coordination and communications. This role focuses on executing processes, supporting team initiatives, and maintaining operational excellence across ministry functions.   About the Role In this role, you will be responsible to achieve the following objectives: - Coordinate and schedule bi-monthly Resource Team meetings, including preparing agendas and tracking action items. - Attends all staff meetings to provide administrative support as needed. - Support the National Director and LeaderImpact Staff through coordination, communications and follow-ups. - Process invoices, monthly credit card reconciliations, and internal account transfers in an accurate manner, ensuring financial records are maintained and updated accordingly. - Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations. - Support Christian Embassy events & projects. - Maintain and update ministry statistics (monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting) - Assist with email communications using platforms such as Mailchimp - Support event setup and participant tracking using tools like Eventbrite     Other Responsibilities - Active participation in weekly chapel services and other ministry prayer / bible study times. - Attendance and participation in the bi-annual International Day of Prayer.   About You - You have a deep, growing, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ - You have a genuine desire to see people’s lives transformed by Jesus - You possess strong interpersonal skills - You have excellent written and verbal communication skills - You are proficient in Google Suite or equivalent - You are self-motivated, a team builder and able to work independently - You are intellectually curious, exhibited strong skills in problem-solving, comfortable in asking questions, investigating, research   Education and Experience - Preferably 1- 2 years administrative experience   What We Offer Our Staff - Free registration for FamilyLife Weekend Getaway - Extra vacation week from Christmas to New Year - Weekly Chapel services - Semi-annual Day of Prayer participation - Discounts at our Resource Centre     We thank all applicants for their interest in Power to Change; however, only candidates who closely match the requirements will be contacted directly.
