Position Summary We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated Hospitality Recruiter to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This is a commission-only role with full training and ongoing support provided. Youll work remotely and have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while earning uncapped commissions placing managers and executives in restaurants and hospitality operations. What Youll Do • Source, screen, and interview candidates for hospitality management roles • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified talent across multiple markets • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies • Match candidates to job openings and facilitate the hiring process • Manage job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling • Represent our firms values with professionalism and integrity What Were Looking For • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently • Motivated by performance-based earnings (commission-only model) • Experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, or recruiting (preferred but not required) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable with using online tools and social platforms for sourcing and outreach • Organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage time effectively What We Provide • Comprehensive training and onboarding • Ongoing mentorship and support • Access to recruiting tools, job boards, and CRM system • Flexible remote work environment • Unlimited earning potential based on performance Compensation This is a 1099 contract position.
