Job Summary As a Restaurant Crew Member - Late Night Shift, you'll be an integral part of our team, working together to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is an entry-level position, and we welcome applicants with or without previous restaurant experience. We provide comprehensive paid training to ensure your success and offer competitive pay and benefits. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking as needed Prepare and serve high-quality food, following proper safety procedures and guidelines Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, complete tasks, and ensure continuity of service Lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds, kneel, bend, twist, or stoop as needed Ascend or descend stairs, reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline) Essential Qualifications: Must be 16 years of age or older Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and at a fast pace Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Responsible and dependable, with a strong work ethic Authentic and genuine, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Preferred Qualifications: Previous restaurant or customer service experience Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions What We Offer: Competitive Pay and Benefits Package We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive hourly pay ($15 - $16.50 per hour) Medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, hospital indemnity, legal insurance, pet insurance, auto and renter's insurance, and ID theft protection 401(k) with Safe Harbor Employer Match (for employees 21 and older) Crew Member Assistance Program Education assistance Pet insurance Perks and Rewards We want to reward your hard work and dedication with: Paid Time Off* Closed for all major holidays** Early closure for company events Casual work attire Flexible scheduling Perkspot Employee Discount Program Growth Opportunities We're committed to helping you grow your career with us.
