Role and Responsibilities As a Retail Fulfillment Specialist, you will competently operate reach trucks to safely move products within the warehouse. Your work will contribute to the efficient fulfillment of orders and the effective management of inventory, serving as a cornerstone for smooth warehouse operations during the 4th shift. • Perform safe and efficient product transportation and stacking using reach trucks. • Uphold a safe working environment by adhering to all prescribed safety protocols and procedures. • Offer assistance in the loading and unloading of cargo as necessary. • Support inventory management by ensuring the accurate placement and retrieval of items. • Communicate effectively with coworkers and superiors to manage the progression of work. Required Skills and Experience • Previous experience operating reach trucks or forklifts is preferred. • Ability to manage a 12-hour extended shift during the weekend, specifically on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, from 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM. • Dedication to maintaining a safe environment through adherence to warehouse procedures. • Aptitude for performing well in a dynamic, automated warehouse environment. • Expertise in teamwork and communication, promoting a harmonious work environment.
