Responsibilities and Requirements vary based on job level. Expectations include: Process and close all types of retail loan applications: • Process loans from conditional approval to closing in an organized and timely manner. • Reviews file document details to ensure completeness and accuracy. • Collects, prepares and reviews required documentation to fulfill Underwriting conditions. • Coordinates mortgage closings with Attorney’s offices, Loan Officers, and agents. • Supports Loan Officers and department team to deliver high level of customer service.
