Position Overview
As a Retail Sales Associate at Maurices, you will be responsible for creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. You will also participate in visual merchandising, maintain store presentation, and contribute to the completion of omni-order fulfillment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, providing personalized style advice and ensuring a seamless shopping experience
- Build and maintain customer relationships, driving sales growth and loyalty
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including visual merchandising and store presentation
- Support the shipment process, gaining awareness of new products and contributing to omni-order fulfillment
- Operate modern store technology, including POS, payment systems, tablets, and headsets
- Promote our loyalty programs and credit services, driving customer engagement and sales growth
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 16 years of age
