Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and drive sales growth for our retail partners Build and maintain strong relationships with our retail partners to ensure alignment and collaboration Conduct regular store visits and provide coaching and guidance to store managers and employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven recommendations to drive results Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to develop and execute effective retail initiatives and promotions Communicate regularly with retail partners to provide updates on performance, upcoming promotions, and new product launches Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth Act as a brand ambassador for Verizon, representing our values and promoting our products and services to our retail partners and their customers Provide regular performance updates and reports to upper management on the success of retail partnerships and initiatives Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of retail operations Cultivate a positive and collaborative working relationship with all team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives.
