Role Overview: The Retained Search Recruiter will lead and execute search engagements for executive and senior-level roles. This position is ideal for a highly strategic and curious recruiter who thrives in research-driven environments, values relationship-building, and excels in candidate and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end execution of retained searches, from kickoff to candidate onboarding • Partner closely with clients to refine search strategies, role specifications, and talent profiles • Conduct in-depth market research and talent-mapping across industries and geographies • Drive sourcing strategies using Boolean search, databases, and professional networks • Cultivate and maintain deep candidate pipelines through strategic relationship management • Facilitate screening, assessment, and stakeholder communication throughout search lifecycle • Deliver high-impact candidate presentations, reports, and insights to clients • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates through critical hiring decisions Qualifications: • 3–7 years of experience in recruiting, search, or talent acquisition • Proven success in retained or executive search (agency or in-house) • Excellent research and analytical skills; strong attention to detail • Sophisticated communication and interpersonal abilities • Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter • Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust across stakeholders Preferred Skills: • Experience recruiting for leadership roles in sectors such as legal, nonprofit, finance, or tech • Comfort navigating complex hiring landscapes, including international markets • Understanding of business strategy, organizational design, and industry trends What We Offer: • A values-driven culture with emphasis on integrity, collaboration, and excellence • Access to high-profile, transformative hiring initiatives • Professional development, mentorship, and strategic impact Apply Job!
