Job Description:
• Driving user engagement and revenue growth across the platform.
• Developing and executing a go-to-market strategy aimed at attracting, converting, and retaining developers and strategic partners.
• Optimizing conversion at every stage of the funnel and crafting inventive, full-funnel experiences that deliver measurable business impact.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in strategic revenue growth or B2B sales within a SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of developer infrastructure, particularly within the Web3 and crypto ecosystem.
• Familiarity with the needs, workflows, and pain points of a developer-focused audience.
• Proven ability to write, test, and iterate on copy, creative assets, and distribution strategies.
• Working knowledge of data analytics tools to track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance.
• Demonstrated experience scaling growth channels and driving revenue in a SaaS B2B environment.
• Comfortable engaging directly with decision makers at B2B organizations, with a track record of successfully educating and onboarding them onto SaaS platforms.
• A systematic problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and execution.
• Experience working in a remote or highly distributed team environment is a plus.
