Job Description:
• Own HubSpot architecture and data hygiene by auditing and aligning properties across Contacts, Companies, Deals, and Tickets.
• Run ongoing data cleaning processes to merge duplicates, correct formatting issues, and remove outdated information.
• Ensure system integrity by cross-referencing HubSpot with our primary database to maintain accurate synchronization.
• Act as an internal auditor to enforce process compliance and ensure teams complete required lifecycle data.
• Maintain and optimize HubSpot workflows that support automation while minimizing operational friction.
• Identify process gaps and propose structural improvements that make data entry easier and more reliable.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs across the customer journey.
• Ensure leadership reporting is based on verified, trustworthy data.
• Assist in tracking Sales and CX commissions using HubSpot and integrated billing systems, using strong hands-on experience with HubSpot AI tools to improve and streamline existing workflows and processes.
Requirements:
• At least 2+ years of experience in a SaaS environment with administrative ownership of HubSpot.
• Deep knowledge of the HubSpot platform, including custom reports, datasets, workflows, and views.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform revenue strategy.
• Solid project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience using hubspot AI or other ai tools that connect to hubspot.
• Experience with n8n and comparable AI workflow builders or automation platforms.
• Strong professional written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A growth mindset and strong motivation to continuously improve RevOps processes.
• Experience working with integrated external systems such as CRMs, phone systems, or databases.
• A collaborative, team-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• HubSpot Sales Software Certification (required).
