We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team in a remote data entry role. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care, developing key selling skills, and building strong relationships with our clients. - Provide exceptional client care by answering inquiries about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment

Essential Qualifications:
- Client support experience (two years+) with a strong focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated success in a client support and sales environment (two years+)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to perform multiple tasks and navigate in an electronic climate
