Position Overview As a RIA Annuity Associate, you will play a critical role in providing consultative support to our fee-only advisors, assisting with annuity-related issues, and ensuring seamless account maintenance procedures. Key Responsibilities Provide expert support to fee-only advisors on a broad range of operational annuity topics, serving as a trusted go-to contact for their offices. Collaborate closely with the RIA Services team to ensure a smooth transition of advisors to the fee-only model. Maintain open lines of communication with insurance company partners to access policy-specific information and resolve issues efficiently. Ensure the accuracy and up-to-dateness of fee-based annuity content on our internal website. Support financial advisors with product-related questions and assist teammates with product recommendations as needed. Address annuity-related inquiries and issues from internal departments, providing timely and effective solutions. Essential Qualifications A strong understanding of advisor needs and organizational goals, as well as market events, particularly in the annuity industry. Forward-thinking approach to problem-solving, with a focus on process improvements and innovative solutions. Willingness to acquire FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities registration and state insurance license. Experience in a service-oriented environment or the financial services industry is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. Core Strengths and Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with advisors, insurance company partners, and internal teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
