About the position Responsibilities • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives. • Teach nursing courses in the home health industry. • Implement skills check-off for students. • Evaluate student performance through assessments, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the home health industry. • Collaborate with faculty members to enhance the nursing program and address student needs. • Participate in faculty meetings, professional development opportunities, and community outreach initiatives. Requirements • Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred). • 2 years experience as a RN nurse. • Valid RN license with experience in hospital and/or home health settings. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to supervise and mentor students effectively while fostering a positive learning environment. • Commitment to promoting student success and maintaining high educational standards.
