Accounting Manager Compliance– 125k-135k base + bonus 100% remote; will work PST hours Company Our client is a well know real estate investment firm that invest in multifamily properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. They are looking for a treasury specialist to join their team Positions: This position would be assisting our Assistant Controller, Compliance; overseeing the compliance department, and managing a group of accountants in the preparation of financial reporting packages. This managerial role would be responsible for reviewing and analyzing statements, frequently engaging with external auditors, as well as training and mentoring a team of accountants within the vertical. This position is being offered as fully remote. Ideal Candidate/Keys: Accounting Manager, Compliance: • 7+ years of experience in real estate, ideally multi-family real estate exposure • Management experience as this person will be leading and mentoring a team • Strong Excel skills (pivot table, vlookup) • YARDI IS A HUGE PLUS!
