SAFe Scrum Master

Remote Duties & Responsibilities: • Proven experience as a SAFe Scrum Master, facilitating Agile teams working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver value within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. • Strong leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide teams in Agile best practices. • Proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement in Agile delivery. • Ability to drive team engagement, accountability, and self-organization while navigating workflows and dependencies. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Expectations: • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in SAFe environments. • Strong leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills to guide teams in Agile practices and workflows. • Proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement and optimizing team delivery. • Ability to drive teams’ engagement, accountability, and self-organization in a fast-paced, Agile setting. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work remotely full-time (40hrs/week). • SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), CSM, PSM, or other Agile certifications (preferred).
