Mylab is accelerating its Nordic growth journey, with a strong strategic focus on expanding in Sweden and across Scandinavia. We are now looking for a highly driven and energetic Sales Executive to take ownership of building our presence in the Swedish market, while supporting opportunities across the broader Nordic region.
This is a key role where you will combine proactive business development with relationship-driven sales — opening doors, building long-term partnerships, and driving complex deals in a market with significant untapped potential.
Your mission
Build and expand Mylab’s footprint in Sweden, with responsibility for the broader Scandinavian market
Develop relationships with healthcare decision-makers, including C-level stakeholders
Identify and drive new business opportunities, with a strong focus on public tenders
Lead complex, long-cycle sales processes from first contact to closing
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and Nordic colleagues
We are looking for someone who
brings strong drive, energy, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
has an existing network within Swedish healthcare (ideally at C-level)
has experience working with public procurement and tender processes
comes from a healthcare IT, LIS, or IVD/diagnostics background
understands the dynamics of selling into hospitals and public healthcare
is fluent in Swedish and English
Role setup
Location: Sweden, fully remote
Scope: Primary focus on Sweden, with responsibility across Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Iceland)
Travel: Regular travel within the Nordics and occasionally Europe is expected
Reporting to: Commercial leadership within Mylab’s Nordic organization
Team: Part of a collaborative Nordic sales and specialist team
