Role Overview: As a Sales Manager at Embarque, you will oversee the sales team, develop strategies to meet sales targets, and ensure the effective execution of our sales processes. Your role will involve coaching team members, analyzing sales performance, and fostering relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Provide coaching and support to sales team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales management within an agency or remote work environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
