Job Description: Sales Outreach Specialist
Overview
We are seeking a confident and motivated Sales Outreach Specialist to generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and prospect outreach. This role requires someone who is comfortable speaking with decision-makers, building relationships, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients
Introduce the company's services and generate interest
Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities
Schedule discovery calls or appointments for the sales team
Handle objections professionally and confidently
Follow up with prospects through phone and email
Maintain accurate records and update the CRM
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
Meet daily and weekly outreach and appointment goals

Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in sales outreach, cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment setting
Excellent spoken and written English
Professional and confident phone presence
Comfortable speaking with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience using CRM software is preferred
