• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features or services that enhance client success
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools
• Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated through campaigns and outreach efforts
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption of the software
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions in the marketplaceSkills
