We are seeking a forward-facing Sales Representative with excellent English communication and organizational skills to:
• Manage the full sales cycle: Find new leads, present OysterLink’s solutions, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Build partnerships: Work with agencies, restaurants, franchises and hospitality brands to expand OysterLink’s reach and revenue.
• Collaborate and improve: Team up with colleagues, share feedback, and ensure clients have a great experience.
Required Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in business development and outbound sales
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and growing a client base.
• Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal), with excellent grammar.
• Proactive, analytical, and tech-savvy with a growth mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM and prospecting tools
• Must be able to work 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST

Responsibilities:
• Identify restaurants, hotels and other hospitality venues to target
• Generate leads and maintain pipeline
• Effectively pitch our value proposition and convert leads into long term partnerships
• Provide weekly and monthly KPI reports to executive team
The ideal candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely & quality output through collaboration with other team members.
