Job Description Our client is a leading supplier of commercial tableware and dining solutions, providing high-quality plates, bowls, cutlery, and food service products to well-known brands and restaurant chains. Their clients include major F&B companies such as Starbucks (140+ outlets) and Haidilao, supporting businesses with reliable products and services across the region. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer enquiries via email and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner. Communicate with clients regarding product enquiries, quotations, orders, and general requests. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including updating records and handling documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are followed up promptly. Maintain positive customer relationships by providing excellent service and resolving enquiries efficiently. Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned. Requirements: Good command of written and spoken English. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. Able to work independently in a remote environment. Working Hour: GMT+8 Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM Sunday: Off Salary: SGD 600 - 800/month
