Job Description:
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:
Support and troubleshoot Salesforce applications
Analyze tickets and perform minor enhancements (e.g., workflow/flow updates, case queue creation)
Migrate workflows/process builder to flows
Update and maintain complex existing configurations
Collaborate with SF Developers, Banner, and MuleSoft teams as needed
Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with flexibility for daily new challenges
Top Requirements (what do you want to see on a resume):
1. Strong Salesforce admin experience (Sales, Service, Community Cloud, Classic -> Lightning, Marking in the future)
2. Ability to interpret tickets, screenshots, and links to identify relevant objects and fields for updates.
3. Ability to read and understand code (coding ability is needed for the Sr candidate)
4. Salesforce certifications (Admin/Developer) are a plus, but not required

ROLE: Mid level Salesforce Admin
LOCATION:100% REMOTE OR LISLE,IL(4 DAYS ONSITE)
DURATION:12+ MONTHS
INTERVIEW: ONE ROUND OF VIDEO IINTERVIEW
Must haves:
need good Salesforce Admins that can be strong with LWC (Lightening), Apex and Aura
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:
o Production support from tickets- troubleshoot and analyze tickets
o Minor enhancements/modifications (e.g., updating workflows, migrating from Workflow/Process Builder to Flow, creating new case queues)
o Configuration requests
o Patches and upgrades
o First line of defense before developers
o Dynamic, high-volume environment as a team of 10 with frequent new challenges and production issues.
Requirements (what do you want to see on a resume):
o Sales and Service cloud, Experience cloud, will intro Marketing cloud down the line so a nice to have
Salesforce Admin and developer certifications are a plus
o Ability to interpret tickets, screenshots, and links to identify relevant objects and fields for updates.
o Should be open-minded and adaptable, with willingness to learn and grow within the team.
