Baer is looking for SAP FICA Consultant for a 16+ month remote project. Title: SAP FICA Consultant Location: Remote (Must be based in US) Duration: 16 months Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed Alignment: W2 or C2C Summary We are looking for a seasoned SAP FICA Consultant with hands-on experience in Convergent Invoicing and Payment Services Integration as part of the SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) suite. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing FICA-related processes to ensure accurate invoicing, seamless payment handling, and robust financial operations. Description Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP FICA, Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Payment Services. Customize SAP BRIM solutions to meet business requirements and improve financial operations. Manage the full lifecycle of billing, invoicing, collections, and payments. Oversee integration of CI and payment services with other systems such as SAP SOM and external platforms like Salesforce. Provide technical support for FICA, CI, and payment integration issues. Troubleshoot and resolve performance or reconciliation issues across the billing chain. Create documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. Train users and internal teams on SAP BRIM FICA features and best practices. Work closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Translate business needs into system designs and functional specifications. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in SAP FICA, with a strong focus on the SAP BRIM ecosystem. Expertise in Convergent Invoicing and Payment Services Integration. Proven track record of integrating SAP BRIM with other SAP modules and external systems. Deep knowledge of SAP FICA configuration, Convergent Invoicing, and Payment Services. Strong understanding of BRIM architecture, revenue management, and financial workflows. Familiarity with integration tools and services (e.g., middleware, APIs). Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Industry background in telecom, utilities, or media.
