SAP HCM Payroll - Remote Redmond, WA Core Responsibilities Payroll Processing & Support: Execute payroll runs and ensures accuracy and compliance. Expertise and troubleshooting experience of payroll processing for large volumes of salaried and hourly employees. Expertise working with BSI and SAP Stakeholders for urgent/critical issues to troubleshoot and provide solutions. Troubleshoot payroll issues and resolve errors. Provide ongoing support to HR Core, Accounting and Finance teams. Manage interfaces with external vendors (e.g., ADP, Fidelity, Business Solver, CIC Plus). Support quarterly SAP support pack updates and legal compliance changes. Troubleshoot and resolve payroll incidents, including off-cycle runs, reject thresholds, and pay stub failures. Skills & Qualifications Deep knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration (schemas, PCRs, wage types and statutory compliance). Familiarity with BSI Tax Factory, garnishments, benefits integration, and finance posting. Experience with U.S. payroll laws and compliance (or regional equivalents). Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Integration experience with ADP and other third-party solutions. Strong knowledge of Tax Update Bulletins, Cyclic, SUI and Local configurations and evaluate the impact of the latest changes and perform regression testing. Experience with Azure integrations with third-party systems, Encryption methods, and troubleshooting.
