SAP HR Payroll Functional Consultant

Overview We are seeking a dynamic SAP HR Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving and client interaction. Candidates need to have: • Expertise in SAP HR Payroll functional configuration • Strong communication skills to interact with business users and gather requirements. • In-depth knowledge of US SAP Payroll functions within SAP. Key Responsibilities: Gathering Functional Requirements: • Collaborate with business users to understand needs and define functional requirements. • Conduct business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit evaluations to align IT solutions with business goals. SAP Implementation & Configuration: • Facilitate the implementation, configuration, and testing of various SAP modules to enhance business functionality and performance. • Design, configure, and test solutions within SAP HR Payroll to meet client requirements. Project Leadership & Management: • Manage SAP implementations and provide leadership to ensure smooth project delivery. • Develop and evaluate project plans, providing direction to team members. Client Engagement & Troubleshooting: • Act as the primary liaison between the client and IT teams to address software issues. • Investigate, analyze, and solve software problems, mapping client business requirements to SAP processes. • Develop necessary product modifications to meet client needs. Training & Knowledge Transfer: • Provide functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products to clients. • Conduct training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new systems. Adhering to Industry Best Practices: • Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization’s standards and adhere to them during implementations. • Leverage industry best practices to optimize client solutions.
