Job Description:
• Implement, configure and optimize SAP Marketing Solutions to align with business objectives
• Design and execute personalized, automated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, mobile and web channels
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define marketing requirements, customer journeys and segmentation strategies
• Integrate SAP Marketing Solutions (SAP Emarsys and SAP Customer Data Platform) with other systems in a retail environment (e.g. Customer Relationship Management, Point of Sale, Order Management Systems)
• Utilize customer behavior analysis and reporting for developing loyalty programs
• Develop custom dashboards, campaign reports, and KPIs for performance tracking
• Support A/B testing, deliverability optimization, and channel performance enhancement
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience with SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement or Customer Data Platform (CDP)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation flows, personalization, and multichannel campaigns
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and scripting for email templates
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems
• Nice to have:
• Experience utilizing Emarsys Smart Insight for customer behavior analysis and reporting
• Experience with SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP CDP, or SAP Commerce Cloud
• Emarsys Certification
